1D system simulation: ANSYS Twin Builder builds a mechanical-electrical-hydraulic-control 1D system model to quickly assess dynamic response and energy use under different conditions, linked bidirectionally with 3D simulation.

Multidisciplinary optimization: ANSYS optiSLang runs sensitivity analysis (DOE) and multi-objective optimization across structural, thermal and fluid parameters, balancing strength, weight and cost.

NVH: modal, harmonic, random-vibration and acoustic simulation locate vibration paths and noise sources, optimizing isolation and noise reduction.

Solution

Combines fast 1D iteration with high-fidelity 3D — explore with 1D early, converge with optimization, safeguard quality with NVH — forming a closed 'system–optimize–validate' workflow.
